No. The agents work on your ERP, not in its place. Once approved, what an agent prepares becomes a record in your system. Your ERP remains the leading system, and master data, accounting and inventory management stay with you.
Yes. Many ERP vendors build assistants that answer questions or write texts within the system. Our agents start at a different point: they take over complex processes in inside sales, for example from an order sent as a PDF in an email to a sales order ready for approval. The two complement each other.
An interface with read and write access for the transactions of the chosen process, for example reading items and creating orders, plus a test environment. If your ERP runs on premises at the customer, the installation must also be reachable for the agents. An interface for all processes is not needed to get started.
A customer where a process in inside sales takes a lot of manual work today, for example order entry with orders arriving in many formats. The industry does not matter.
